This batch of coffee comes from Hamasho, a charming village nestled among the Bombe Mountains in
Ethiopia. It's a special batch, produced solely with coffee berries grown locally, without any blending with
other batches, as often may happen with some Ethiopian varieties. The extraordinary altitudes (over 2000
masl) contribute to giving the coffee a unique density and smaller-sized beans, due to the significant
temperature fluctuations between day and night. The washing stations, as well as the involved farms, are
certified organic. This ensures the adherence to certain farming practices and the non-use of chemical
additives during production.
In the cup, the spectrum of aromatic notes ranges from floral to herbal. A subtle sweetness, is enriched by
hints of rue, jasmine tea, and fresh flower fragrances.
